Canva is a high-powered graphic design software that has allowed our organization to thrive, particularly at the chapter level. By offering Pro access, we hope to empower your social media, marketing, presentations, and much more.
FREE MEMBERS WEBSITE
We’ll give you access to make your very own members-only website, specific to your local chapter. This will allow you to share members-only content without having to pay for website hosting of your own.
NATIONAL MUSIC INDUSTRY JOB BOARD
MIC provides a curated music industry job board that is maintained on a monthly basis, featuring both internships and entry-level roles. This allows you to provide career value to your members without having to maintain it yourself.
ACCESS TO EVENTS & OPPORTUNITIES
By joining your local MIC chapter, you’ll also get access to in-person and virtual events hosted by MIC nationally, providing ample networking opportunities with MIC alumni and other professionals.
OPTIMIZED DUES PROCESSING
Processing dues is always a hassle, but with MIC, we can process both national and chapter dues online, and then remit the money to your campus bank account via check. (Capability is limited to school policy.)
NATIONAL DUES
MIC members will be expected to pay $10 per semester per member to join MIC at the national level. In most cases, your chapter might charge some chapter dues, and then national dues on top. All of this can be processed within our website.
As an example, if you charge $25 per semester for chapter dues and $10 per semester for national dues, each member can pay $35 total through our website, and we will remit to you the $25 of chapter dues.
